Hector Diaz and family are the owners behind ‘Lucy I’m Home’, a tribute to Cuban – American legend Desi Arnaz. Desi is better known for his character role as ‘Ricky Ricardo’. He was the TV & real-life husband to Lucille Ball, on one of America’s first hit sitcom series from the 1950 – 60’s era, remembered as ‘I Love Lucy’.
Much like Desi, Hector arrived to the United States in his younger years, and was able to share his passion and unique flair for all that is Cuban culture. However, Hector’s journey was definitely something quite opposite. His life was forever changed after arriving to Colorado Springs with the Operation Peter Pan . . .
